Kane County Trenchless Sewer Repair

We fix the line, not the whole property.

Kane County sewer runs can be long — across big lawns, under drives, out to septic tanks. Trenchless repair renews them from the inside, so the fix doesn’t carve a scar across everything you’ve planted on top.

Long runs, breaks & big lawns

A long line doesn't need a long trench.

The longer the run, the worse a trench gets — and Kane County has some of the longest residential sewer runs around. Trenchless was built for exactly this arithmetic.
“The line runs half an acre before it hits the tank.”
That’s a lot of lawn to protect — and protecting it is the point. Trenchless methods handle long runs well: the liner or new pipe travels the whole distance from a couple of access pits, and the half acre in between never knows. We’ll scope it first and tell you honestly if any stretch needs different treatment.

Before we start

“Sewage surfaces out by the old fence line.”
Waste surfacing mid-yard means the line is leaking hard at that spot — the ground can’t absorb what a broken pipe is feeding it. On Kane County properties the break often sits far from the house, which makes trenchless even more attractive: the repair reaches it without a hundred-foot trench.
“How big are the access holes, really?”
Think a few feet across — pits, not craters. One near the house, one near the far end, placed where they’re easiest to restore. Everything between them stays untouched. Before work starts you’ll see both locations marked and the restoration plan in writing, so ‘really’ has an exact answer.

Our Standard

A little about
our customer service.

A surfaced leak by the fence or a slow failure you’ve watched two summers — Kane County gets the same full-run verification and firm pricing.
DIAGNOSIS
Long lines, fully inspected
Every foot goes on camera before any foot gets repaired — because on a long run, the second problem hides behind the first.
Every foot on film

Sometimes only one stretch is done
A long line can be mostly healthy. When the damage is one section, we price the section — not the acreage.

How it works

Verified across the whole run, fixed through two small doors.

On Kane County acreage the sewer is out of sight in every sense. We put the entire run on camera first, so the repair plan covers what’s actually there — all of it.
  1. Describe the property and the problem.

Septic or sewer, how far the run goes, what's happening at the surface — the layout shapes everything on a job this size, and a good phone sketch means the right equipment arrives once.

  2. The full-run inspection.

Camera through the entire line, damage located and marked from above, depths measured at the key points. Long lines hide multiple problems sometimes; we look for all of them before quoting any of them.

  3. The whole-property plan, priced.

Repair the bad section, line the full run, or stage the work over time — every option in writing with honest lifespans. Kane County properties differ wildly, so the plan is built from your line's footage, not a template.

  4. End-to-end proof.

The finished line gets a complete camera pass, however long the run. You keep the footage — the whole line, documented healthy.

Not sure yours needs fixing yet?

Call and ask. We’d rather talk you out of a repair than sell you one you didn’t need.
