Cody is the best plumber around, highly recommend. Very trustworthy!!
A cable opens a hole through the buildup and leaves the rest on the walls. What’s left keeps catching — grease, scale, root hair — until the hole closes again. Jetting removes what the cable leaves behind.
“I keep paying to rod the same line.”
That’s the jetting customer in one sentence. Rodding on a schedule is a subscription; jetting is a reset. Once the walls are clean, there’s nothing for the next clog to grab — the line starts over from zero instead of from half-blocked.

Before we start
“Our kitchen line is a grease problem every few months.”
Kitchen lines cake with grease that no cable touches. Jetting cuts it off the walls and flushes it out — and on a sensible interval it stays ahead of the problem instead of chasing it. That goes for busy home kitchens and restaurants alike.
“Another company quoted jetting. Is it real or an upsell?”
Both exist, which is why the camera matters. Jetting earns its price on grease, scale, and root regrowth. It’s the wrong answer for a collapsed pipe or a bad sag — and if that’s what the camera shows, jetting would just be an expensive rinse. We show you the footage and quote what the line needs.
How it works
The camera protects you twice: it proves jetting is the right tool, and it proves the job is done when the walls come back clean.
Tell us the clog history — how often, which fixtures, what's been tried. That pattern usually tells us whether jetting is the answer before a truck moves.
Jetting blind is how old pipe gets hurt and money gets wasted. The camera confirms what the buildup is and that the pipe can take the pressure — you watch the screen with us.
Jet it, spot-treat it, or fix the defect the camera found — each with a price. If a basic snaking would hold you another year, that's on the list too.
Nozzle down the line, buildup flushed out, and a second camera pass so you see bare pipe instead of taking our word for it.
Tell us how often the line clogs. If the pattern says snaking is enough, we’ll say so.
Our Standard
Whether it’s a backed-up main at midnight or a grease line you’ve battled for years, you get the same straight answer and the same upfront price.
Camera before nozzle, every time
We confirm the buildup, the pipe condition, and the right pressure before jetting starts. You watch the screen with us.
Camera inspection free with jetting
Sometimes snaking is enough
A first-time clog rarely needs a jetter. When a cable would solve yours for less, we say so — we’d rather lose the upsell than your trust.
We’ll tell you when it’s overkill
The number doesn’t move
Quoted in writing before we start, and it holds no matter how stubborn the line turns out to be.

Pressure matched to the pipe
Old clay and cast iron get treated differently than new PVC. Nozzle choice and pressure are set to what the camera showed — clean the pipe, never hurt it.
Safe for lines the camera clears
You keep the before-and-after
Footage from both camera passes and a written report — proof of the condition it started in and the condition we left it in.

A cable is a drill; a jetter is a pressure washer for the inside of the pipe. Rodding opens a hole through the blockage and gets the water moving — the fastest fix for a one-off clog. Jetting strips the walls back to bare pipe, taking the grease, scale, and root hair with it. One treats the clog; the other treats the pipe.
Not when it’s done with eyes. Damage happens when a jetter runs blind through pipe that was already failing — which is why the camera goes first, no exceptions. Sound clay, cast iron, and PVC handle jetting fine at the right pressure. Pipe too far gone for jetting gets told to you as exactly that, with footage.
Years, for most residential lines — because clogs need something to grab, and clean walls don’t offer it. The honest exceptions: heavy kitchen use rebuilds grease faster, and roots regrow from wherever they entered. Even then, jetting on a long interval beats emergency rodding on a short one, and we’ll tell you the realistic schedule for your line.
Yes — root-cutting nozzles shear fine and moderate intrusion off the walls and flush it out, often more completely than a blade on a cable. What jetting can’t do is close the crack the roots came through, and cut roots regrow. The footage tells you whether jet-and-monitor or a repair at that joint is the smarter money.
It’s the tool the job was made for. Grease doesn’t block a line like an object — it narrows the whole pipe one coat at a time, and cables just poke through it. Jetting with the right nozzle peels it off the walls and out of the system. Homes with heavy cooking see it too, not just restaurants.
When the pipe itself is the problem. A collapse, a bad sag holding water, a separated joint — jetting cleans those beautifully and fixes nothing. That’s the whole reason for the camera pass: if what’s stopping your line is structural, you see it on the screen, and the quote you get is for the real fix.
Tell us the clog history, or read us what the last plumber said. We’ll tell you whether jetting earns its price on your line — before anyone gets in a truck.
