Addison Hydro Jetting

Grease doesn't survive this.

Grease grips pipe walls and laughs at cables — but not at pressure. Hydro jetting strips Addison kitchen lines and mains back to bare pipe, washing out the coating that every quick fix leaves behind.

Pro Services installed a 6 inch clean out and placed a lateral liner in our sewer line. What can I say, they did and excellent and professional job from start to finish. They're a great company.

After what started off as a horrible day we had plumbing issues on top of it. Cody came in and fixed it without hesitation and had the best attitude. I know it’s something small but he was a breath of fresh air. Thank you

Grease coats, scale & real removal

The grease has had a good run. It ends here.

Addison kitchen lines fight grease their whole lives, and hard-water scale gives it something to grip. Jetting is the fight-ender — both wash out together.
“The kitchen line is basically a grease trap now.”
Then it’s an excellent jetting candidate. Grease-packed lines respond to pressure like nothing else — the coating peels off in sheets and rides the flow out, leaving pipe you could photograph. The camera before shows the trap; the camera after shows the pipe. The difference sells itself, so we don’t have to.

Before we start

“The kitchen sink is slow by Friday, every week.”
A weekly rhythm means the line is so coated that a few days of cooking closes the remaining gap — Monday’s clearing, Friday’s crawl. Addison kitchens run this loop constantly. Stripping the coating breaks the loop; with bare walls, Friday drains like Monday.
“Will it help the smell too?”
Almost certainly — kitchen-drain smell is usually the grease coating itself, decomposing in place. Clearing a channel through it never touches the source. Washing the coating out removes the smell’s home address, and the difference is noticeable the same day.

How it works

Stripped to bare pipe, shown on the way out.

Addison jetting jobs finish with the most convincing footage in plumbing — the grease there, then not — plus honest advice for keeping it gone.
  1. Describe the kitchen's habits.

Heavy cooking, a disposal that works overtime, that weekly slowdown — the habits predict the coating, and the coating sets the plan.

  2. See what's gripping the walls.

The camera shows the grease and scale in place — how thick, how far down the line — and confirms the pipe beneath is ready for full pressure.

  3. Removal, priced in full.

One written Addison price for the complete strip-down — no matter how many years of cooking are coating the line. The number holds from quote to invoice.

  4. Bare pipe, before your eyes.

The after-pass rolls past clean walls — grease gone, scale gone, smell's home demolished. Footage filed to your inbox.
