Lombard Hydro Jetting

Decades of buildup, gone in an afternoon.

Lombard’s older drain lines have been collecting since long before you owned them. Hydro jetting washes it all out — high-pressure water, tuned to what older pipe can handle, stripping the walls back to clean.

Pro Services installed a 6 inch clean out and placed a lateral liner in our sewer line. What can I say, they did and excellent and professional job from start to finish. They're a great company.

After what started off as a horrible day we had plumbing issues on top of it. Cody came in and fixed it without hesitation and had the best attitude. I know it’s something small but he was a breath of fresh air. Thank you

Old buildup, slow drains & fresh starts

The pipe remembers every year. Time for amnesia.

An original Lombard drain line carries layers from every household it’s served. Jetting is the reset — the one cleaning that reaches all the way back to bare pipe.
“Can decades of buildup really wash out?”
Yes — that’s precisely what jetting is for. Pressure does what no cable or chemical can: it peels the layers off the walls, oldest to newest, and sends them downstream. The camera before shows how much history is in there; the camera after shows it gone. Old buildup is stubborn, but it’s no match for water at this pressure.

Before we start

“The drain smells greasy no matter what we pour.”
Poured products skim the surface of a grease layer and perfume the rest. The smell survives because the coating does. Lombard kitchen lines from any era respond the same way to jetting: the grease leaves entirely, and the smell — which was never really separate — leaves with it.
“How long does a jetting take?”
A few hours, start to finish — camera look, the wash itself, and the after-pass. The drains work the moment we’re done; there’s no curing or waiting. Most jobs book as a comfortable half-day, and your written quote includes the whole visit.

How it works

Old pipes cleaned like they're new — carefully.

Lombard’s older lines get jetting with judgment: pressures matched to the pipe’s condition, verified on camera first, so the deep clean never costs more than it gives.
  1. Age and symptoms, please.

How old the house is and how the drains behave — the pair tells us what's likely coating the line and what pressure range the visit should plan around.

  2. The pipe exam.

Before pressure, the camera assesses the line's material and condition. Older pipe in good shape jets beautifully; anything fragile gets flagged first. Either way, you see the call being made.

  3. Pressure matched, price fixed.

The plan states the nozzle, the pressure, and the price — written before we start, held throughout, the same on every Lombard block. If the exam says jetting isn't safe for a section, you'll know before spending anything.

  4. The reveal.

Clean walls scroll past on the after-pass — decades gone in an afternoon, and the footage saved for your records.

Not sure yours needs fixing yet?

Call and ask. We’d rather talk you out of a repair than sell you one you didn’t need.
