Lombard Trenchless Sewer Repair

New pipe, old pipe's path, no trench.

Lombard’s older sewer lines eventually earn a real repair — and trenchless delivers it without sacrificing the yard. The new pipe forms inside the old one’s route, from access points small enough to forgive.

Aging clay, cracks & tidy repairs

When clearing stops being enough, this is what's next.

Some Lombard lines have been cleared faithfully for decades and are simply done. Trenchless is the dignified retirement: a new pipe in the old one’s footprint, no trench required.
“How do you replace a pipe without digging it up?”
Two ways, both real. Lining: a resin-soaked sleeve goes into the old pipe and cures rock-hard — a new pipe inside the old one. Bursting: a head breaks the old pipe outward while pulling fresh pipe through the same path. Small access pits at the ends, nothing opened between them. We’ll show you which fits yours and why.

Before we start

“A dip in the yard keeps getting deeper.”
Soil sinking in a line usually means it’s washing into a broken pipe below — the ground is filing a report. On Lombard’s older blocks that’s often a clay line whose joints have finally let go. The camera confirms it, and the repair can happen before the dip becomes a ditch.
“Is the house unusable during the work?”
You’ll have a window without drains — usually hours, not days — and we schedule it with you so it lands as gently as possible. Most families run errands, most jobs wrap same-day, and the water’s back on before dinner. You’ll know the exact plan before anything starts.

Pro Services installed a 6 inch clean out and placed a lateral liner in our sewer line. What can I say, they did and excellent and professional job from start to finish. They're a great company.

After what started off as a horrible day we had plumbing issues on top of it. Cody came in and fixed it without hesitation and had the best attitude. I know it’s something small but he was a breath of fresh air. Thank you

How it works

Old line out of service, new line in — one careful day.

Lombard trenchless jobs run on a clear schedule shared upfront: when drains pause, when they’re back, and exactly what the yard will look like after. No surprises at any step.
  1. Tell us the line's history.

Years of roddings, past scopes, that one plumber's warning from 2019 — history helps us judge whether the line is truly done or just overdue for better maintenance. Bring what you've got.

  2. The retirement physical.

The camera examines the whole run — every joint, every crack — and we measure what a liner would need. You watch, and by the end you'll know your line as well as we do.

  3. Retire it or nurse it — priced both ways.

Sometimes the honest list still includes 'keep clearing it for now.' Lombard homeowners get every real option in writing — spot repair, full liner, or scheduled maintenance — with prices that hold and no countdown clock attached.

  4. The new line's debut.

A finished-pipe camera run while you watch: smooth, jointless, flowing. The footage joins your records as proof for decades.

Not sure yours needs fixing yet?

Call and ask. We’d rather talk you out of a repair than sell you one you didn’t need.
